A business model led to the arrest of a West Side man Tuesday, state prosecutors said.

Adam Watson, 27, was allegedly offering "samples," of a controlled substance thought to be heroin to a group of men and women around the 1400 block of South Kildare Avenue in North Lawndale on Tuesday afternoon. Police officers responded to a call about the event, called a "pass out," according to the police report.

The report said Watson had offered a small ziplock bag with a picture of Spider-Man's face on it to at least one man, who was also arrested.

Watson was charged with manufacturing or delivery a controlled substance. When he appeared at the Cook Country Criminal Courthouse today his bond was set at $50,000.
