Folks at the Logan Square spot collaborated with Goose Island to develop Ram Eagle beer using two empty barrels from a rare Willett whiskey Longman & Eagle secured for bottling in 2012. Sample the new robust porter for $8 per 12-ounce glass and-if you're in the mood to celebrate-add a Willett whiskey shot pairing for $25 or two-ounce glass for $40. 9 a.m.-2 a.m. Friday and Sunday; 9 a.m.-3 a.m. Saturday.
