Comedian Reggie Watts headlines (4 p.m.) as part of New Belgium Brewing's 14th annual traveling bike and beer fest, which parks in Chicago for a cycle parade (11 a.m.-noon), performances by local punk rock marching band Mucca Pazza (1:30 p.m.) and others. Order $5 16-ounce pours of Fat Tire and nine other brews, plus take funky bike test drives and play games including a Thousand Person Dance Contest for a cruiser bike prize.
