If you spent hours shoveling a spot only to have your dibs disappear, you might want to check Craigslist.
An ad posted Tuesday claims hundreds of chairs of all shapes and sizes are for sale for $5 a pop, all collected from various shoveled-out spaces on the North Side.
"In driving around the North Side these past few days I'm seeing hundreds of chairs being abandoned on the streets," the seemingly tongue-and-cheek poster writes. "I've collected about 350 various chairs. Wood, metal, folding, plastic-stacking, office, task and even some stools!"
The seller claims a $5 price for all, "regardless of condition or smell."
Of course, it remains to be seen if the seller actually possesses the 350-chair haul he claims to have.
