Ranking stars' karaoke performances

On Tuesday, Drake posted video of his crew belting out the hits during a karaoke outing. While Drizzy himself abstained from participating (that we know of,) you can hear him in the video below singing passionately along to Kanye West's "Heartless."

It's always weird seeing the biggest celebrities in the world do regular stuff, isn't it? It doesn't make sense when you think about it, but any look behind the mammoth hype machine these people have going is always salivated over by the rest of the populace. Also? Watching people suck at karaoke is hilarious. Always. Don't believe me? Here's a bunch of famous people singing karaoke.

Celeb(s): Katy Perry and Robert Pattinson

Song: "I'll Make Love To You" by Boyz II Men

Verdict: 8 (of 10) This is what all humans should strive to replicate when they rock the mic. Vampire dude goes for the gusto and Katy Perry is doing that "I can actually sing, but will pretend to suck so I don't make my friends look bad." move that's always appreciated.

Celeb(s): RZA and Elijah Wood

Song: "I Got A Feeling" by The Black Eyed Peas

Verdict: 4 (of 10) Despite RZA and Elijah's best attempts, this became a one-up showdown between a bunch of weiners. Completely killed the vibe and made me hate karaoke and reminded me of a lot of people I used to do improv with in college that were real dicks.

Celeb(s): Vin Diesel

Song: "Stay" by Rihanna

Verdict: 10 (of 10) This is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, and I say that having seen Lil B perform live twice.

Celeb(s): Gerard Butler and Demi Moore

Song: "Mustang Sally" by Wilson Pickett

Verdict: 6 (of 10) Ugh. King Leonidas decided to go for that "I can sing and DAMMIT, TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT THAT EVERYONE FINDS OUT!" route taken by so many former lead actors in your high school musical. You aren't going to get a record deal belting "Crazy For You" in the back of O'Duffy's, you know that, right? (Also: Watch the girl next to Butler starting at 0:06. Hilarious.)

Celeb(s): Jude Law

Song: "Johnny B. Goode" by Chuck Berry

Verdict: 9 (of 10) A great performance! He's got a backing band too, which helps. The only thing that hampers this video is his lack of focus on the camera. Look at us, you beautiful man, you!
