Comedian Sean Flannery ("The Blackout Diaries") hosts the opening night of this ninth annual comedy extravaganza featuring storytellers (Monday); solo performers (Tuesday); sketch groups (Wednesday) and stand-up comics (Thursday) who've been rejected from at least one festival. Monday, 11 storytellers including G.P.A.
