The Pitchfork Music Festival announced its 2014 schedule Friday. The Union Park festival doesn't happen until July 18-20, but the Type A humans among us can go ahead and make a plan right now.
Like we told you earlier, Beck, Kendrick Lamar and Neutral Milk Hotel will be headlining and you can see other acts like Danny Brown, Pusha T and legendary disco producer Giorgio Moroder. Three-day passes are gone, so are Friday single-day tickets.
But no fear, you can still get single-day passes for Saturday and Sunday.
Conflicts aren't much of a concern this year. You'll have the privledge of catching either the beginning or ends of most acts. Make a point to see the beginning of Sun Kil Moon and then head over to Avey Tare's Slasher Flicks on Friday, and possibly stay a llittle longer for Earl Sweatshirt before hightailing it to the end of Dum Dum Girls on Sunday.
The schedule for the 2014 Pitchfork Music Festival is below (* denotes a Sound Board top pick). The schedule is split between three stages: two big and one little, color-coded red, blue or green. Each year, the corresponding stage colors vary. Last year the red and green stages were big, and blue was small, but that might not be the case this year.
