"Chicago P.D." is looking for more police. But you have to be an actual current or retired officer to be an extra in the NBC series.

Tail Sticks Casting will conduct an open casting call for extras from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Aug. 23 at FOP Hall, 1412 W. Washington Blvd.

The casting sheet says you must be a real police officer, active or retired and in good standing, for all non-speaking police roles for Season 2 of "Chicago P.D." At the call, they will take your photos and register you with the casting company. They'll also explain the details of what it means to be a paid extra on "Chicago P.D." Just bring yourself and your police ID for verification.

Also according to the callout, "the use of off-duty police, in uniform and civilian dress, has been approved by the City of Chicago Police Department."
