Ur Lineup Sux, Bro

If you're anything like us, you've been looking over the Riot Fest 2014 lineup with a fine-toothed comb. Tucked away toward the bottom of the list is a weirdly-named band called Ur Lineup Sux, Bro. You may have dismissed the group as a throwaway gag, a little wink to Riot Fest's longstanding tradition of calling out entitled scene kids who manage to hate the lineup every year, no matter who's playing. I know I did.

Turns out that we were all wrong.

Today, RedEye proudly debuts "Fiver (Yr Parents Car)." the new single from mysterious Chicago bro-punx (sure, that's a genre now. Why not?) Ur Lineup Sux, Bro.

A reflective tune about life in the suburbs, this new one will definitely remind you of that one acoustic track every pop punk band in the early '00's did and then stashed toward the back of the album. Despite the laid-back sounds of the new single, the band has promised an insane live show for the Sept. 12-14 festival in Humboldt Park. Stay tuned and listen to "Fiver (Ur Parents Car)" below:
