You look gorgeous in a mirror, Chicago.
An ultra-high resolution time lapse of the city was posted to YouTube Saturday, and the result is nothing short of mesmerizing. The Bean, Marina City and darn near the entire city skyline is shown in motion and reflected through the lens, creating an eye-crossingly awesome montage.
Chris Biela, a self-described amateur photgrapher and photo enthusiast, used more than 11,000 still photos to create the time lapse. For the full effect, you should absolutely watch it in YouTube's relatively new "4K" option, located in the quality setting at the bottom of the player.
In an e-mail, Biela said it took about three weeks to process, render and edit the footage, which was shot in September and October. The video only has about 100 views, currently, which is sad, because it's incredible.
