The Pitchfork Music Festival is celebrating its 10th year July 17-19 in Union Park with a loaded lineup, headlined by Wilco, Chance the Rapper and Sleater-Kinney.

The lineup announced Friday will mark Chance the Rapper's first Pitchfork headlining slot after closing last summer's Lollapalooza in Grant Park. Joining the weekend bill is Chance's friend, Vic Mensa. Expect to see both MCs as guests on each other's sets. The strong hip-hop contingent also includes the power duo of El-P and Killer Mike in Run the Jewels, Madlib and Freddie Gibbs, and A$AP Ferg.

Fast-rising rock bands with strong songwriting include Australian rocker Courtney Barnett, Parquet Courts and Protomartyr. Indie-rock cornerstones dot the lineup as well: the New Pornographers, Mary Timony's Ex-Hex, and riot grrrl pioneer Kathleen Hanna's the Julie Ruin.
