You've heard a lot about Asian carp, the annoying fish mongrel beast that has invaded our waters and punched countless doe-eyed children in their gorgeous little tummies. Well, Dirk Fuscik of Dirk's Fish and Gourmet Shop has taken the fight to them by serving up Asian carp sliders at this year's Taste of Chicago. We went to eat some. Check the video.
