Headquarters beercade keeps tabs on what games its patrons would most like to see added to its lineup, and for the holidays, they're doing their best to make those wishes a digital reality.

For Christmas, the Lakeview bar plans to throw an X-Men X-Mas, where it will unveil the bar's newest gaming addition, the multiplayer "X-Men" arcade game. The game was highly requested on the bar's in-house receipt, and everyone there will be able to participate in a tournament-style promotion all day Christmas Day. It will remain industry night even with the holiday, so industry professionals still receive 50 percent off.

The headliner of HQ's holiday additions, though, is "Killer Instinct," the 1994 fighting game that was the overwhelming favorite on a Facebook post asking what game the bar needed to add most. HQ had hoped to "gift" the game to their customers on Christmas, but now hopes it will arrive in time for its New Year's celebration. Details of that party can be found at their website.

Even if it doesn't make it for the end of 2012, fans will have at least two new-old games to enjoy at Headquarters in 2013.
