Here come Train Trackers

All CTA stations will have new Train Tracker displays by Labor Day, the CTA said Friday.

The CTA has been installing new Train Tracker signs, which display the next train, the time and the weather, at stations since the fall. The agency recently installed these signs at the Grand Red Line, North/Clybourn Red Line, Garfield Green Line and Montrose Brown Line stops.

Eighteen of 145 stations have these new Train Tracker signs. Twenty-nine other stations have the older displays, which include the Titan digital signs.

The CTA said by Labor Day, all stations will have at least one of the new Train Tracker signs.
