A little bit of Cabo San Lucas arrives in River North at the Cabo Wabo Tequila Dinner, which features four courses-including an entree choice of cochinita pibil (slow-roasted pork) or shrimp with sun-dried tomato sauce-paired with cocktails from the Mexican tequila brand co-founded by rocker Sammy Hagar. 7 p.m. $49.99.
