A video posted to YouTube on Thursday appears to show three adults blocking Loop traffic as they dance on top of an SUV along with young children.
A Chicago Police News affairs spokesperson initially said police were not immediately aware of the incident, but as of 5 p.m. Thursday, there was no such incident recorded by police that they were aware of. The video appears to have been taken in the middle of the LaSalle and Monroe Street intersection.
The video was posted in three parts to YouTube, and then to Chicago's sub-Reddit page, r/chicago. The doors of the SUV are open as three adults dance atop it and music can be heard playing.
