The venerable deep-dish pizza institution adds a new location in a historic building featuring commissioned works by local artists rather than its signature graffiti decor. Chicago theater ensemble One Year Chekhov-whose mission is to take one play each year by 19th century Russian scribe Anton Chekhov, cast it with disregard for gender, rehearse it once with no director and perform it at bars across Chicago every six weeks, with actors switching roles each time-brings a cast of 12 to the classic tragicomedy about an aristocratic family who faces the loss of their estate. 7 p.m. Sunday.
