Asparagus and cherries take center stage in this three-course meal featuring lake trout with artichoke, charred cherries, kale and asparagus-buttermilk puree; rosemary cherry pie; and a starter course of asparagus with pickled ramps, pancetta, greens, fromage blanc and sour cherry vinaigrette. Add two wine or beer pairings for $20 more. 5-10 p.m. Through June 24. $30.
