James Norton, star of "Grantchester" on PBS and "Happy Valley" on Netflix, shares his preferences in a "this or that" game relating to his "Grantchester" character, Vicar Sidney Chambers.

Whiskey or sherry?"Whiskey."
Jazz or rap?"Jazz. Yeah, I'm going to come out exactly like Sidney. [Laughs.]"
Vinyl or download?"Well, with me, it's download."
Public transportation or cycling?"Definitely cycling. I'm glad you asked that."
Old comfortable shoes or fancy Savile Row shoes?"Old comfortable, every time."
Blondes or brunettes?"Oh, blonde. I don't know. [Laughs.] Both. Can I say that? No. I don't know. Blonde. There's a whole politics to that question."
Turtlenecks or open shirts?"Open shirts."
Backgammon or "Angry Birds"?"Oh, backgammon. I've never played a single game of 'Angry Birds.' And I play a lot of backgammon. So old-fashioned, aren't I?"
Party all night or stay in?"Oh, definitely party all night."
Coffee or tea?"Coffee."
London or L.A.?"Oh, I'm sorry-London. Although I am learning to love L.A. I am slowly falling in love with it. The love affair is definitely coming, but it's London at the moment."
London or Chicago?"I'm embarrassed to say I've never been to Chicago. But I look forward to it very much. They've got great, great, great theater. L.A. just doesn't have any of that. I'll have to come out there."
