Why the Heat fell to Bulls

The Bulls did it. They actually ended Miami's 27-game winning streak. Taking a page out of the Bears' book and using intense physical play, the Bulls downed the Heat on Wednesday at the United Center.

How'd they pull this off, despite not having Derrick Rose, Joakim Noah, Rip Hamilton or Marco Belinelli? Here's how.

1. Channeling CM Punk

Twice in the first half, Kirk Hinrich stepped in front of LeBron James on the fast break to prevent him from dunking highlight reel-style. The second time Hinrich grabbed and took James to the floor. Two points for the takedown!

2. A dose of Krypto-Nate

When he wasn't converting on circus shots in the lane, much to LeBron James' disbelief, Nate Robinson was all over the floor. He even undid several of his own turnovers by pickpocketing Heat players. Hey, it all evens out.

3. Visiting Lob City

The Bulls looked awful to begin the second half; they scored three points through the first six minutes. Then Jimmy Butler took a pass from Luol Deng and thundered it down over Chris Bosh. Hello, momentum!

4. Laying off the whine

Among the reasons many basketball fans STILL dislike the Heat is that they complain to the refs. Then, they whine to the officials. Then you get the idea. The Bulls, on the other hand, just took care of business.

5. One word: Deeeeeeeng!

Luol Deng, the Bulls' Mr. Everything, took over when they needed him most. Never mind that the Heat blocked his shot five times. He was tasked to guard LeBron James most of the night and still managed to lead them in scoring.
